ALOHAAloha is a Hawaiian word meaning love, peace, and compassion. It has a significant cultural and spiritual importance to native Hawaiians. The Aloha Spirit serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining a harmonious and compassionate society, significantly impacting the way people interact with one another. The Aloha lifestyle is a way to express what’s in your heart. Natives have passed down the ancient wisdom in Aloha philosophy through generations. Aloha’s concept encapsulates feelings toward others, self-reflection, and personal growth, rooted in kindness and mindfulness.  Creating harmony within oneself and among those around us.

BUDDHISMThe Buddha taught how to realize truth for yourself. The focus of Buddhism is on practice rather than belief. We must thoroughly understand the causes of our unhappiness in order to resolve it. There is no quick fix for our problems. What is required to find true happiness is a mind shift in how we understand and relate to ourselves and the world. Visiting Buddhist temples is a wonderful way to find a place to sit down, connect with beautiful souls or simply calm down - everyone is welcome!

EARTHINGThroughout history, Indigenous societies have espoused the Earth's healing power benefits. Earthing allows people to directly connect their bodies with the Earth and use its natural electric charges to stabilize them. It is supposed to help with the following issues: you experience anxiety or depression, you have chronic fatigue, you are dealing with cardiovascular disease, you have post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic memories, or you struggle with pain and inflammation.
It is a very easy practice and involves walking barefoot outdoors on the field, in the sand at the beach, or simply laying down on the lawn with the whole body.
We at LĪNA truly believe in the power of nature. We are made from nature - Let's stay connected and surrounded by it.

GIVING BACK"Only by giving you are you able to receive more than you already have" - Jim Rohn
Helping others triggers a release of oxytocin, which has the effect of boosting your mood and counteracts the effects of cortisol (the dreaded stress hormone). Interestingly, the higher your levels of oxytocin, the more you want to help others. When oxytocin is boosted, so are serotonin and dopamine! Easy ways to give back and receive fulfillment are planting trees and plants, support wildlife or social institutions, volunteer, use sustainable products, only own what you really need, establish or join meet up groups for activities.

MEDITATIONMeditation is a practice that involves focusing the mind to achieve a state of calm and clarity. When we feel overwhelmed or need to find balance. It can help to meditate. Sitting or lying down in a quiet area in a comfortable position is a good start.
